The easy to follow system for teaching EVERY child in class - REGARDLESS of reading level.

  • Build confidence knowing that you are doing EVERYTHING you can to help your students learn.
  • Gain peace of mind seeing your highest students stretch and your struggling students finally catch up.
  • Save planning time because you have an easy-to-follow system and ALL of the tools you need in one spot.
  • Feel proud seeing your literacy centers run smoothly and your students' reading soar.

Over the years, I've grown, I did my Masters and I've taken A TON of classes... but BY FAR this made the most impact on my teaching... When you see your little kindergarten angels happy and confident and smiling and knowing that they can all go in and they're all reading. It's very exciting!

I am 3 years from retirement and this is the BEST PD I've seen in my 32 years! OMG!! Have I died and gone to "Teacher Heaven"?! Thank you so much!!

- Remona G.

I gained confidence, I gained my time back (I wasn't constantly struggling to figure out what I was going to do for the reading groups), and I gained peace of mind as a teacher that I was actually really doing the best that I could.

It's an investment in yourself, it's an investment in your career, and it's an investment in your peace of mind.

I'm working on Module 3...and HALLELUJAH! I have been looking for an all-in-one phonics assessment FOREVER!!

- Jennifer L.

Teaching reading has always seemed like a mystery to me. This was laid out so much more neatly than the reading instruction I received in university. I am FINALLY going to be able to approach teaching reading with confidence and with appropriate resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The 4 week course officially starts October 22nd and ends November 19th but you have LIFETIME ACCESS to the material so you can move at your own pace.
Can I earn professional development hours?
Yes! Each participant will receive a certificate for 15 hours of continuing education credits for completing the modules during the course. Since each state’s requirements are different, we just ask that you check with your district office prior to your registration.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would never want you to be unhappy! So if you reach out within 30 days to show us that you’ve kept up with all the work, and for some crazy reason STILL haven’t seen any progress, then I’ll be happy to return the investment. But you DO have to do the work. There’s so much transformation waiting for you on the other side of this training!
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like. Need to write report cards? Not a problem! Log in when you're finished. Heading out of town for break? No worries! You can catch up when you get back home.
Will this program work with my school's curriculum?
YES! The Reading Roadmap is a flexible teaching system that can be used in any Pre-K to 1st grade classroom so it works with Daily Five, Guided Reading, Fountas and Pinnell or any other reading curriculum your school is using.
I have been teaching for a couple of years. Will this improve my results, or is it just a beginners' course?
The strategies you’ll learn in The Reading Roadmap are the exact same ones I used to teach my kindergarten and second grade classes… AND the same ones I used to teach my struggling tutoring students how to read. So while the course DOES walk through my step-by-step formula, breaking down the basics might just be what you need to bust through your plateaus, unlearn obsolete strategies, and arm yourself with a system that has wildly effective results.
I barely have enough time to get things done as it is. How will I find the time to implement the program?
I know you’re crazy busy. That's why I've structured The Reading Roadmap to give you maximum results in minimum time. Every single lesson strips away the fluff and dives into the need to know strategies that will help you take your teaching to the next level. So my goal isn’t to add another item to your list, but to very quickly show you how to amplify your impact. Every hour spent on the program will ultimately save you dozens of hours assessing, lesson planning and streamlining your instruction so you can become the rockstar reading teacher you were meant to be.
Is it really worth the cost?
I am not extra special. I promise, if this easy-to-use system can take me from overwhelmed to cool-as-a-cucumber, it can help you too. Case in point: One of our Roadmappers, Codi. She was in her 11th year of teaching but felt overwhelmed. "College didn't quite prepare me to be a really good reading teacher. My mentor teacher even remarked on how all of us coming out didn't know the basics for reading... We got trained in different reading curriculums but I still didn't feel confident that I was doing what REALLY needed to be done." Codi's solution? She signed up for The Reading Roadmap so she could learn the step-by-step system. "I gained confidence, I gained my time back (I wasn't constantly struggling to figure out what I was going to do for the reading groups), and I gained peace of mind as a teacher that I was actually really doing the best that I could. It's an investment in yourself, it's an investment in your career, and it's an investment in your peace of mind." I want the same transformation for you!
My class has a huge range of reading levels. Will this work for me?
YES! The strategies you'll learn will help you create a streamlined system for teaching every child in class - even if you have a huge range of reading levels and have struggled to meet their needs in the past. In Module 3, you'll learn how to assess like a pro so that you can pinpoint exactly what students already know and what they need to learn next. Then, in Modules 4 and 5, you'll get easy-to-follow strategies for grouping students and running effective literacy centers so you can teach every child exactly what she needs, when she needs it.

This was the best and most practical course that I have taken in my 26 years of teaching! Thank you so much!! I have talked with my principal and many of the Pre-K, K and 1 teachers in my building and have highly recommend they take this course.

Wow! This was truly a BIG help! Thank you for your expertise, your efforts to continue reaching out to us and coaching us. You've been an inspiration and blessing! How can we not go back to our classrooms with more confidence and zeal to inspire and teach these young little lives? I know I'm already excited to welcome my new Kindergarteners and open their minds to a whole world of learning! I appreciate all of your efforts and tools to help us be even better teachers!

-Carolyn Q.

THANK YOU! You and this program have helped me understand the reading process which in turned has helped my students. We have a high EL population of Arabic/ Chaldean students. They struggle with reading. It was sad as a 4th grade teacher watching good students read at a 2nd grade level (or lower). Which means they can’t read the content area books. Back to basics! Now I am in Kdg. We discovered that rhyming is not in their language. Therefore, parents can’t even help them. Your class was the first eye opening key for me. Not just rhyming but all the building blocks of reading. A heart felt thank you. As I said you not only have helped me but my babies as well. After 35 years of teaching, you have successfully taught an old dog new tricks. Bless You.

It's my first time teaching kindergarten and I was really nervous about teaching reading. All of the instructional step-by-step videos were so helpful!

- Tracy M.

My favorite part was having the road map of which skill to teach next. So much of what we do is our best guess for the child/situation; it's nice to know what will best help a child sooner! I’ve gained confidence knowing my knowledge base is solid and understanding what to do next so the children I am teaching don't flounder.

Wow! I had no idea I was going to receive so much! The activities are already organized and I've been using them everyday!
